Insurance coverage

gavAI LLC carries combined cyber liability and technology errors-and-omissions coverage. The current bound limits are summarized below; the bound policies and certificate of insurance are available on request for procurement.

Bound limits (current)

Coverage details (sub-limits for breach response, regulatory defense, business interruption, etc.) are in the bound policies. We provide the Certificate of Insurance on request for procurement reviews.

Naming gavAI as additional insured

For enterprise customers whose vendor risk program requires additional-insured status, contact legal@gavai.io. We honor reasonable additional-insured requests during contract negotiation.

Renewal

The bound coverage renews annually. Customers who have referenced the CoI in their contract receive 30 days’ notice ahead of any material change in coverage.
