# Insurance coverage

> gavAI's cyber and tech E&O coverage at a glance

gavAI LLC carries combined cyber liability and technology errors-and-omissions coverage. The current bound limits are summarized below; the bound policies and certificate of insurance are available on request for procurement.

Coverage details (sub-limits for breach response, regulatory defense, business interruption, etc.) are in the bound policies. We provide the Certificate of Insurance on request for procurement reviews.

## Naming gavAI as additional insured

For enterprise customers whose vendor risk program requires additional-insured status, contact `legal@gavai.io`. We honor reasonable additional-insured requests during contract negotiation.

## Renewal

The bound coverage renews annually. Customers who have referenced the CoI in their contract receive 30 days' notice ahead of any material change in coverage.
